What is your MOQ?
We serve business and bulk purchasing projects. There is no single fixed total order value; the MOQ depends on the product, supplier, packaging and customization requirements.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
For standard products with clear details and quantity, we can usually check suitable suppliers and pricing within 24 hours. Complex or high-risk products may take longer.
Can you inspect the goods?
Yes. We can check quantity, appearance, packaging and basic quality at our Yiwu warehouse. Professional AQL or laboratory testing must be confirmed separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
For confirmed orders, we issue a Proforma Invoice first. We mainly accept T/T bank transfer and do not accept PayPal.
Can I use my own freight forwarder in China?
Yes. We can coordinate delivery to your trusted freight forwarder in China after the goods are ready.
